 The meeting will be in 2 parts: 
  1. Members of the vendor selection committee - Clyde Locklear (CFO Cumberland), Jennifer Bennett (CFO Chapel Hill-Carboro), Angie Henry (CFO Guilford) and Stacy Lee (Chief of Operations -Craven) will provide a short presentation and provide feedback to your questions.  
  2. A panel of finance officers - Kelly Kluttz (CFO Cabarrus), Mary Hazel Small (CFO New Hanover), Ken Chilcoat (CFO Hyde), Denise Altman (CFO Craven) and Jennifer Bennett will share their vendor selection experience to include why they chose their vendor, vendor contract information, board approval process, cost and other important information. They will also provide feedback to your questions. 
  3. Review of Q&A submitted to Software Vendors.
